I wanted a version of spaghetti and meatballs that didn't feel so heavy when it comes to eating pasta in the spring and summer. Our fettuccine is an egg yolk based pasta dough so it eats very light and the mini meatballs pair perfectly with it. A marinara sauce with some sweetness and a hint of basil.
